Quiz funnels for gyms, trainers and fitness studios: Match every visitor to the right program.

New visitors rarely know which class, plan or package to choose. A fitness goal quiz asks about goals, experience and schedule, then recommends one program and invites them to book a first session.

The problem

Why a contact form is not enough.

Too many options on the timetable

Group classes, personal training, online plans. New visitors see a long list and leave without picking anything.

Trial requests with no context

A free trial form gives you a name and a number. You still need a call to learn their goal, experience and availability.

Motivation fades fast

People decide to start on a good day. If your reply arrives days later, that moment has passed.

How it works

A quiz that qualifies while you work.

  1. 1

Build from the Fitness Goal Quiz

Start from the template, or paste your Squarespace address for an AI draft. Edit the goals, training locations and programs to match what you offer.

  2. 2

    Score experience and commitment

Answers about fitness level and training days add up to a score. Beginners land on a starter challenge, committed clients on one-to-one coaching. See how lead scoring works.

  3. 3

    Capture contact details

Collect email, first name and phone before the result, so you can follow up while motivation is high.

  4. 4

    Follow up automatically

The result email arrives right away. On Pro, add a sequence per program with class times, training tips and a first-session offer. Read about writing result pages that convert.

Ideas

Quizzes that work for fitness.

What is your fitness goal?

Strength, fat loss, mobility or energy, each mapped to a program with its own call to action.

Which class is right for you?

For studios: route people to Pilates, HIIT, yoga or strength based on what they enjoy and their level.

Video form-check challenge

Show a short exercise clip and ask how it looks to them. Based on the Video Fitness Challenge template.

Personal training readiness

Ask about schedule, support level and budget to separate one-to-one clients from class members.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Still unsure? Talk to a person.

How do I add it to my studio website?

On Squarespace, paste the embed code into a Code Block, or use the popup format behind a "Find your program" button. The Squarespace guide covers each step. On other platforms, paste the code wherever custom code is allowed.

Can the AI build the quiz from my website?

If your site is on Squarespace, the AI reads your headings, page text and navigation and drafts a quiz around your programs. If you use another platform, start from the Fitness Goal Quiz and edit it. You approve everything before it goes live.

Can I ask about injuries or health notes?

You can add custom fields to the lead form, such as an injury note or preferred training time. Only ask for what you need, and use the GDPR tools to export or delete a person's data on request.

Can members book a class from the result?

Yes, link the result button to your booking or class schedule page. Direct Calendly and Acuity integrations are planned; use webhooks for now if you need leads in another system.

What does it cost?

Core is $12 a month, or $9 a month billed yearly, with 5 quizzes and 1,000 leads a month. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with Pro features. See pricing.
